54 Suds LLC is a unique wellness hub in Meade, Kansas that combines expert fitness coaching with reliable, high-quality laundry services under one roof. On the fitness side, our approach is built on over 500 hours of certified yoga training and more than 10,000 hours of teaching group classes, along with a strong background in nutrition coaching, corrective exercise, and form training. We integrate strength and conditioning, bodybuilding principles, and functional movement training using tools like kettlebells and steel mace to help clients move better, feel stronger, and reduce pain through purposeful, guided training.


Alongside our fitness studio, we provide a full range of professional laundry services designed for convenience and consistency. Our 24/7 self-serve laundromat features high-efficiency machines that are cleaned daily for a fresh, dependable experience every visit. We also offer pickup and delivery for residential and commercial customers, along with wash and fold, starching, pressing, and outsourced dry cleaning services. Together, these services create a space where you can take care of your body, your recovery, and your everyday essentials—all in one place.
